Kathleen Ours

Kathleen "Peanut" Ours (born 27 December 2001) is a Level 10/International Elite Coral Girl. She has a YouTube channel called Chalk Up Peanut.

Personal Life

Peanut was born on 27 December 2001 in Maryland. Her mom is named Arlene. She also has an older sister named Stephanie.

Gymnastics

Peanut began gymnastics at the age of three years old. She is currently training USAG Level 10/International Elite and competes with 1st Class Gymnastics, and has since 2014. She has also competed with Silver Stars Bowie Gymnastics from 2009-2010, Win-Win Gymnastics from 2010-2013, and Hill's Gymnastics from 2013-2014.

She began homeschooling in 2008 in order to focus on gymnastics.

Trivia

Her nickname is Peanut because when she was young, there were a lot of Katies on her competition team and she was the smallest, so her coach called her Peanut and the name stuck.
She has trained with international elite gymnasts Maggie Musselman and Hannah Joyner at Win-Win Gymnastics.
She has known Coach Mary for ten years.
She is very close friends with Amanda Trieschman, and they used to share a YouTube channel called Peanut and Amanda's Life.
She, Hailey Merchant, and Sydney Morris are the only Coral Girls who consistently have two major releases on bars (Tkatchev and Jaeger).
